HOW TO BUY

You can place your order over our website and pay via Paypal, a safe and secure payment method using credit or debit cards. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this service.

You will receive acknowledgement within 24 hours of placing your order.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Normally we have stock of all of our products, but occasionally we experience short delays in restocking. If we sell out of an item we will put a temporary 'out of stock' sign on it. Please email us to find out when it will be back in stock. If you accidentally pay for an item which is out of stock we will refund you via Paypal as soon as possible.

 

DELIVERY

Orders can be despatched by Royal Mail 2nd class Signed for or Royal Mail, Special Delivery (next day delivery). They need to be signed for on receipt. Postage rates are as follows and will be added to your basket when you check out.

We can deliver almost anywhere in the world by Standard Airmail or Courier Service.  Costs will vary according to the destination.  Please Contact us prior to placing an order and we will be happy to give you a quote for a delivery.

 

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your jewellery. If you have any problems with your purchase once it arrives, please let me know.


We will be only too happy to replace, refund or re-tailor (for a small fee) any goods that are unsatisfactory, but please contact me within 3 days of delivery. If you are unsure about anything, please contact me before ordering.


Goods must be returned in original packaging, unused within 30 days of purchase. Please return by SIGNED FOR delivery and ensure your name and address are enclosed together with the reason for your return. The cost of your item will be refunded on receipt of the item. I'm afraid postage costs will still need to be paid by you.

If for some reason you need to change your order in anyway please contact us as soon as possible. An order cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been despatched.
